I would like to also point out I have several Professional Designations: I am an ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) Only 13% of agents hold this Distinctive Designation Nationally. I am also a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) Only 8% of agents hold this Distinctive Designation Nationally. I am also e-Pro (Certified Internet Professional) Only 8% of agents hold this Distinctive Certification Nationally. In addition, I am also a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) Only 18% of agents hold this Dstinctive Designation Nationally. And most recently CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) Currently only about 4,000 to 6,000 agents in the COUNTRY have been certified as a CDPE.
